Our process of refurbishment involves you sending  us your MD Dryer Drum to us. Providing the drum metallics are undamaged we can refurbish your MD dryer drum with replacement Silica Material equivalent to the OEM's material.

We carry stock of refurbished drums to help speed along the replacement process for our customers. If we don't have refurbished stock of the MD Dryer Drum we can usually refurbish your drum within 10 days from receiving the drum at our facility

All our refurbished MD Drums carry a Warranty so you can be sure that we will look after your dryer.

We can also provide a fitting service for you at a very competitive cost compared to the OEM.

The range of Refurbishment starts at the smallest Z Service Stage and ends at the largest Z Service Stage the ZR6.

We supply NEW rotor versions and orginal rotor versions of  refurbished screws.

Our Stage 1 to 3 Mk 1 and Mk 2 Atlas Copco Z Elements have NEW Riem Rotors fitted.
In 2010 we will be adding stage 4 to our range of MK 1 & Mk2 Elements.
